Since 1993, College Works (CW) has given college students the unique opportunity to earn extra money and gain valuable life skills by teaching them how to run their own house painting business. The CW team approached us to revamp select student recruitment materials in time for their 2024 summer internship season. After initial conversations, a much larger opportunity came into focus.

Our solution
Formerly known as “College Works Painting,” CW had quietly become one of the top leadership and career development programs in the nation. Proof was hundreds of awards and glowing testimonials from an illustrious network of alumni. But to many students, parents, school administrators, companies, and consumers CW was still just a student painting company. To change perceptions and own its true leadership position we overhauled CW’s brand, recruitment and sales assets, and website.
