
At home with TJH
In 2023, Truss Creative partnered with Thomas James Homes, the nation’s largest single-lot homebuilder, to develop a new lifestyle-driven brand vision. Moving beyond traditional homebuilder marketing that focuses solely on the product, we wanted to make lifestyle lived in a TJH home the centerpiece of the brand. To bring this strategy to life, we designed a content approach that was editorial, elevated, and social.

Influencer marketing was a new frontier for TJH, but we recognized its dual value. First, the brand reached curated audiences through trusted influencers. Second, each collaboration produced high-quality, lifestyle-focused video content that was repurposed across TJH’s owned channels—social, web, and blog—maximizing both immediate exposure and long-term content utility.
Home as the hero
The influencer program took shape as At Home With TJH, a video series that taught the art of beautiful living. Topics ranged from floral design and charcuterie styling to pantry organization and home entertaining tips. Each video highlighted the influencer’s expertise while showcasing TJH homes as the backdrop for modern, elevated living.


Every frame, thoughtfully crafted
For our first shoot, we partnered with Calia from Copine de Fleur, a socially-savvy L.A. floral stylist known for her romantic, foraged designs. Calia demonstrated a floral arranging tutorial blending approachable tips with her signature organic style.
We managed the project end-to-end, from pre-production planning and shot lists to art direction, filming, and post-production. The full-length tutorials drove YouTube and Instagram engagement while lo-fi ASMR clips performed across Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
