Our solution
Launched in 2023, Living Local was a video-driven campaign designed to shift the spotlight from square footage to street life. Built on the insight that TJH buyers are just as focused on the neighborhood as they are the home, the series showcased curated, one-day itineraries through TJH communities.
A mix of high- and lo-fi travel-diary–style videos brought each area to life, fueling both paid and organic social campaigns and driving top-of-funnel brand awareness. To extend the value of the content and boost SEO, each video was paired with a thoughtfully written blog post that captured the full neighborhood experience.
Live like a local in Arcadia

8 a.m. Hike Echo Canyon Trail at Camelback Mountain
Start the day with a hike along Echo Canyon Trail at Camelback Mountain. A city park since 1968, Camelback Mountain sits right next to Arcadia and is one of the most popular hiking areas in the valley. Enjoy stunning views of layered sandstone rock formations and watch for birds, desert tortoises, Chuckwalla lizards, and cottontail rabbits among the saguaro, cholla, and prickly pear cacti.

Celebrate your friend’s birthday with a bottle of Guy Larmandier Premier Cru and dinner at Vecina. Enjoy papas verde, hiramasa ceviche, and Duroc pork belly tacos at this chef-driven restaurant that creates seasonal menus using Latin-inspired spices, chiles, and ingredients.

The Living Local longform videos were reimagined as :15 and :30 cuts for social, paired with vibrant photography that captured each neighborhood’s spirit. Together, these assets drove engagement across paid and organic channels, amplifying reach and awareness.
