Truss Door

The Truss Method

But maybe not the one you’re thinking of. We’re talking about your customer’s. Who they are. What they love. What they want but can’t have. And how you can help them get it. Write this down. Build everything else around it.

Adopt a distinctive look, voice and way of showing up that invites your customer to live their best story. With time and consistency, this will become your brand—your most defensible competitive advantage.

Put your brand to work in real life. Engage customers where they are. Don’t just interrupt their day, arrest their attention. Delight, inform, inspire and inch them closer to the story they want to live.

Create content, engage customers, send emails, drive traffic—do all of the things—but take the time to measure how each action is helping you grow and change your customer’s life for the better. Then, do it all over again.
